Plantar values ​​and respects its employees. Therefore, it develops its activities seeking to preserve everyone´s health and safety, offering the best possible working conditions, protective equipment and training. These actions also preserve the health and safety of other stakeholders, who have direct contact with our activities and operations, such as contractors´ and visitors.

To achieve this goal, Plantar developed the Sistema de Gestão de Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional – SGSSO  (Safety and Occupational Health Management System – SOHMS), recognizing that this is the set of best practices, which can also contribute to be the reference regarding Work Safety and Occupational Health issues. Plantar has already been recognized as a reference in other activities of its areas , such as efficiency and competence in reforestation activities, developing seedlings, carbonization operation in rectangular kilns and special pig iron production.
